Third Tuesday Lunch & Learn: $39
Class Description – In each monthly hands-on session we will create a 3-course lunch including an appetizer, soup or salad, an entrée and dessert. We will discuss health and nutrition topics as we enjoy lunch together. Learn to make healthier versions of favorite foods using raw, vegan and gluten-free ingredients. Nothing will be heated above 118 degrees in order to preserve the nutrients and enzymes in the whole foods, plant-based menu items.
