Grilling in the Garden, A Farm to Table Dinning experience: $20
This fall we will grill up some veggies we harvest, plus cook up some local proprieties like, fresh lamb or grass fed beef. And even Tofu Shop marinated tofu steaks!
Ill be showing the class easy recipes and a few techniques to pull off a successful Garden BBQ! Kick back and watch the flames kick up with a local apple cider, or roll up your selves and hop on in with Chef Ben Workman and learn some knife tricks! The class if family friendly and will guarantee to fill you up!
$20 per person , Kids $1 per year of age, starting at 2! Food and beverages, plus dessert included.
Availability: Appointment for small to large groups, class times are generally on the weekends after 5 PM.
Class level: Beginner foodie to experienced Chef (We all can learn something from each other)
Class Size: 5 to 30. With private party,s this can increase.
